The Association Advisory Roundtable is an advisory group for Condominium and Homeowners Association Board Members of communities located in Southwest Florida. We bring together best in class professionals in the Insurance, Property Management, Legal, and Construction industries.
We seek to educate and inform association boards with timely information related to all aspects of board and association management. In service of our mission, we host educational events both in-person and online with the aim of demystifying the ever-changing and complicated world of board management.

Florida State Representative James Buchanan joins Matthew Mercier of CBIZ Insurance Services for an interactive update on past, current, and anticipated Florida community association legislation, looking ahead to the 2027 session. Hosted by CBIZ Insurance Services as part of its ten-year monthly seminar series. Breakfast is provided and there is no cost to attend.
The panel brought the Sarasota program to St. Petersburg. Section 718, the part of Florida law that governs condominium associations, touches almost everything a board handles, from governance records to structural reserves to EV charging. The full panel broke it down over lunch and took questions.
